40!!!

I wake up to the sound of sellotape being furiously ripped and a cup of coffee beside me.

Lovely cards and pressies and cuddles from lovely people.

And the Precious!

Then blinis with cream cheese and smoked salmon and a glass of bubbly.
And pancakes, get stuck in Joseph.
Coffee in my new favourite moomins mug.
And today the sun is out so a birthday swim too.
Georgie and Alfie create beautiful, birthday beach art.

Cheese!
Beach hats.
Stone stacks.
And a late lunch and then to Deuville for dinner.

Strange alien game and much hilarity.

Then pizzas!!

And cool hair.

This week is surreal.
The year has been amazing, what a 40th year!! Thanks for all the birthday wishes.
I am so lucky to have such an awesome husband, 2 epic boys, an amazing family and wonderful friends.
We are looking forward to new adventures in Norfolk.....
