Today is Eiffel Tower day, but always time for the park first.
Ahhh, beautiful Paris buildings.
And there it is. Mark explains to Elliot, 'see that tall pointy thing....'
Elliot Eiffel.
Yay!!
It's so HUGE!
Theres only one way a Scotsman is going up this thing, the stairs, they're cheapest. (Guess 10 years ago I was pregnant so it wasn't an option!)
Who's idea was this?
Level one views are awesome.
And we're hardly out of puff.
The glass floor on level one, the boys weren't keen.
Elliot checks out the competition. The Eiffel Tower was once the tallest structure in the world, not any more!
Glass floor, we were down there!
Beautiful views from level 2.
And then, with much protesting, we drag the boys to the top. 300 m up on a windy day. They are not too keen.
Hello Paris!
We eat our picnic in the park looking up at the tower and avoiding the petition scammers, yeah, we know a scam when we see one!
Back through Paris picking up cheese, pate, bread and pickles on the way and a bottle of red that taste like it cost €1.50! Cos it did.
