High Park and Graffiti Alley

A mega day today. We are pooped! We love Toronto, such a cool, vibrant and diverse city.
We stayed the day at High Park which is huge and it even has a zoo!
Reindeer

Wallaby.

Bison.

Highland Coo!

Hot choc boy.
The play area was awesome!

After a fair amount of walking and a street car ride we finally find Graffiti Alley- we stumbled across a few things being filmed there, one was a little raunchy, move along boys.

We then checked out down town.

Love this skyline.
Some lovely ladies told us to pop into the Fairmont Hotel foyer, so we did. Beautiful. It was tempting to see how much a family room would be.

The whole foyer smelt of these Lillie's.

Hoots man!

Boys were keen to head back to the park so we did.

The Labyrinth Elliot style. Freddy style was to quick to capture!

Pooped!

We found wine!

Humberwood Park

We decided to have a budget day today so checked out the local park/nature walks.
Sitting watching boys play on park and looking round felt like we could've been in Norwich.

Hornets nest?

Fred's morning workout.

Picnic spot.

Beautiful colours.

Cheeky chipmunk.

Blue Jays and Black Squirrel.

Canada Geese.

Swinging dudes!

Thoughtful dudes.

We fancied a nice bottle if Red with dinner. After about 90 minutes of wandering round different plazas we found out convenience stores in Canada do not sell alcohol! Hey ho!

Day off

Woke late, set off in search of food. Yummy breakfast platters!

Boys played here.

Wandered streets.

The hat gets a new head.
We did food shop, laundry, maths, journals and ate a home cooked meal.
That's all folks......

Buffalo-Toronto

A funny old day. Checked out of motel and thought we'd spend the day in the park as our Mega bus didn't leave til 5pm. The park turned out to be a cemetery! And we ended up on another mega walk with cases to find play area. (Felt kind of wrong dragging noisy wheeley cases through cemetery) Then an entertaining wait for bus in Buffalo, never a dull moment! Starting to wish we'd paid more to travel earlier to Toronto and then we are greeted by the skyline at night! Wow! Whipped out phone but pics are not great cos of rain.

CN Tower

Rainy street.
We had our first Uber experience and it was fab. Picked up from bus station and dropped to the doorstep of our AirBnB apartment.

So much space!

Bed....

.....rooms!!!

Canadian dollars look about like gift vouchers.
We are so chuffed with this place and are looking forward to a normal day tomorrow of doing laundry and a 'big ship's to stock the fridge. We all realised that it's the first time we've had water in a glass for two weeks! The simple things........

Niagara Falls

The cheesy omelette at breakfast was highly suspect, even Fredster said 'no'. We decided to hit the Falls today and after 90 minutes of travelling it was worth it! It's surprising how much you can see without having to pay a dime! So we didn't!
Casino.

Spot the Gorilla....

Hanging out.

Misty falls.

Really dodgy selfie, sorry folks!
Wowsers!

Black squirrel that we got abit obsessed with.
Fall at the Falls.
