After a fab nights sleep we head off to Crescent Beach for a pretty wet and windy walk. Just as we get to the beach we are lucky enough to watch 3 bald eagles soaring over the waves!
Not the best photos but proof!
Freddy's giant but dead crab.
Heron.
Perfect fun for a very rainy day. The boys took to the diving boards. Freddy prepares to jump.
Elliot about to hit the water.
Swimming pool sculpture.
The boys work on their journals.
The perfect end to a great day, a Chinese supper with our fantastic hosts and new friends Don and Mich.
Missed a day or two blogging ... but not following your travels. Looks like you have landed on your feet this time. Say'hi' to Steve and Gill.xxxx

ReplyDeleteDon and Mich. What a great visit we had with ALL of the Stevensons! Lovely memories of a bunch who were up for everything: high wind, crashing waves; all manner of stuff under, beside and over rocks; discoveries on land, under the water and over head; all good all full of wonder. May the fun last the entire trip.
ReplyDeleteThanks Don and Mich. We will never forget our days with you, such fun. We consider ourselves so lucky to have met such cool people. Xxxx
