Monterey.

Farewell Oakhurst, Yosemite.

Doesn't take long for the landscape to change!

Egrets.

Hills again.

San Luis Reservoir.

Backseat selfie.

Another day, another motel room.

Blue sky and sea!!

We say 'yes!'

Let loose at last.

Gorgeous beach. We only drove about 3 hours but amazing difference in climate and landscape. Monterey is beautiful, had a real Latin American feel.

Marbled Godwits.

Iridescent Waders.

Woah, Bull Whip Kelp. There were masses of this stuff washed up.

Looking forward  to more beach action tomorrow.
