Monterey Bay Aquarium and a fabulous new friend!

We had a fantastic time at Monterey Aquarium, thank you Diane. Xx

There were so many beautiful exhibits and lots of important messages about marine conservation. It really made us think about our recent bunch of motel stays and all the plastic dinnerware that's just thrown in the bin.
Highlights were the Open Sea feeding, the Giant Kelp Forest, the Sea Otters and the Jellyfish.

You can't really top the Aquarium but watching the sunset on Carmal beach comes pretty close.

And then, a delicious dinner with our wonderful new friend Diane. What a treat! The pasta ala vodka was fab and we had such a fun time in great company. Once again proving that it really is people who make all the difference.
Thank you Diane for a day full of lasting memories. Xx
