Things began a little topsy turvy at the upside down museum.
Cooking is a challenge!
'Mark, for the last time get down from the mantle piece!'
Skills!
Freddy fulfills a lifelong dream to dive headfirst down the loo!
Hold on!
Mark, your goose is cooked!
Elliot's for the pot.
It was nice knowing you Fredster!
A glass of Red and a pint please.
Let's eat!
Michael Jackson (RIP) eat your heart out!
So you get the gist. Not so much a museum more walk round whilst the staff put you in comedy poses and take pics. Still great fun.
We step out into the heat and bustle that is Georgetown.
It's alot to take in. We see things that are pretty shocking to our sheltered Western eyes. Some of us have a little 'moment'!
Bet all of you had several moments!? Upside-down photos hilarious also your clever captions. Georgetown looks impressive.... R there many tourists? Do the locals like U? Buildings and houses bright and colourful. What does the air smell of? Is Gt an island? In my atlas I can't see Penang - just Pinang! Much love - the in-laws! Xxxx xxxx
ReplyDeleteHey Sheila, more tourists here than we've seen in rest of Malaysia apart from KL. Penang is an island off north East Malaysia. Everyone so friendly, boys still bit of a novelty. There are lots of smells, the worst being open, manky drain smell. Cooking smells, frangipanis, alsorts. May be Pinang in your atlas, there seems to be a couple of ways of spelling afew places. Mark still in pool with boys and I am enjoying a rare 5 minutes peace! Live you two xxxx
