Sunday morning begins with a stroll through the park which is packed with people just hanging out and eating.
Back on the streets where it's bike mania.
And then we head to the Reunification Palace.
It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. It was the site of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975, when a North Vietnamese Army tank crashed through its gates.
Plush function rooms for 500 guests.
The bunker.
Boys check out the board room.
Then we find a children's room. Its got air con and more importantly LEGO!
Boys enjoy the park just outside.
And we wander along to Notre Dame Cathedral.
We find a small street lined with bookshops, bookstalls and book cafes.
Then we find a cool place for a smoothie and some lunch.
The Norfolk Hotel!
After a couple of hours resting in the room we are back at searching for dinner.
These buildings are so tall and narrow.
Weary boys waiting for their dinner.
It was yummy. Meatballs, coconut rice, pork ribs and chicken Pho.
The BBQ garden.
The LEGO looks cool! From Louis
