We say goodbye to the wonderful Chua and his beautiful guest house. Gonna miss that place.
Brollies at Sentral.
Ooh err, the bus is super luxurious and comfy.
Just two hours and we begin to see outskirts of KL.
This is the view from our new Airbnb. We seem to be in a very non touristy place and got plenty of looks as we negotiated cars and cafes trying to find the supermarket. We find milk, MILK! It does exist here!
Elliot enjoys the storm.
Level 3a, the play area....
...And pool! Not in a thunderstorm though.
Armed with food we are determined to eat something light and healthy. Mmmm scrambled eggs on toast. How can eggs taste so different?! Okay, cooking experiment done. We'll eat out tomorrow!
The lights come on.
We hit the hay.
Love the indoor play area!
ReplyDeleteWeather looks very hot and muggy there. here it is 9°!! Absolutely freezing- is it spring or winter...not sure.
So where have you got left to go on your travels? Are you going to Africa?
Sarahx
Hi Sarah, think we are pretty used to the heat now but each place we go it seems more intense than before. We have quite a few weeks in Malaysia and Thailand so hoping to do abit of Vietnam and Cambodia too. Then India, East Africa, Europe, Banham!!! We are very aware of being over halfway now. Hope things warm up for you in Banham and all is good. Xxxx
DeleteKL looks quite different from Singapore. U will certainly get to see how the locals live (hear them too!) Hope street food ok for U? Where to next? Beautiful weather here.... 20 degrees today with strong winds - but could snow tomorrow!? Missing U but fully appreciate what u r doing. Take care. Xxxx xxxx
ReplyDeleteKL is different, abit more rough and ready. There's construction going on all around us so very noisy. Last night we had no electricity for a few hours which was fun! Miss you too, love you xxxx
